Pu'er tea, also known as dark tea, is an aged form of tea often pressed into cakes. Traditionally, this was done as a preservation method for teas traveling long and distant journeys. Pu'er flavors are known to develop through fermentation as they age.

Ideal preparation conditions: It is recommended to brew 1 teaspoon (2 gr.) in approximately 250 ml of water at 90°C for 3-5 minutes.
