Japanese Sencha Fukujirushi 5* Green Tea

Made from young and delicate leaves in Shizuoka, Japan's renowned tea region, this is the finest quality green tea of the year. It has a fruity aroma. The Fukamushi processing technique (exposure to high-temperature steam for an extended period) breaks down the leaf cells, releasing all the aroma and flavor. Because the leaves become finer, it brews quickly, allowing for multiple brews from the same tea.

Ideal preparation conditions: It is recommended to brew 1 teaspoon (2 gr.) in approximately 250 ml of water at 80°C for 2 minutes.
