Japanese Sencha Fukujirushi Green Tea

This is the best quality green tea of the year, produced from young and delicate leaves in Shizuoka, Japan's famous tea region. It has a fruity aroma. With the Fukamushi processing technique (exposing the leaves to steam for a long time at high temperatures), the leaf cells are broken. This releases all the aroma and flavor. Since the leaves become thinner, it brews quickly. Thus, many infusions can be obtained from the same tea.

Ideal preparation conditions: It is recommended to steep 1 teaspoon (2 gr.) in approximately 250 ml of water at 80°C for 2 minutes.
(The same tea can be steeped twice.)
