White Silver Needle White Tea
Harvested once a year, this tea is the most common type of white tea in the world. Its shape resembles a silver needle. It is picked while still in bud and withered with steam. It has a very low caffeine content. It has been produced in Fujian province of China for approximately 1200 years. It is also called "the tea that prolongs life" by the Chinese.

Ideal preparation conditions: It is recommended to brew 1 teaspoon in approximately 250 ml of water at 80°C for 3-5 minutes.
